It all started with the re-modelling of an old shed into a small sleepout back in 2005 on the front lawn of Adrian’s home in Marlborough. It attracted the interest of some passerbys who wanted one the same and ACE Portable Buildings was born. In those early days smaller under 10 square metre sleepouts or offices became a regular site rolling out of Adrian’s gate.

Adrian moved back to Canterbury in 2012 and his younger son Croydon, a qualified builder, came on board as the business grew and the size of the buildings increased. Adrian manages the day to day operation of the business, and will guide you through the build process.

Croydon is the Production Manager and is supported by full team of 11 tradespeople. Design, Strength, Style and Service are the cornerstones of our business and we offer a 24 month warranty on all our buildings. We are excited about the future with more designs coming on stream,
